The second is the certification scheme. Justrite follows the US FM / NFPA 30 route; asecos follows EN 14470-1, which defines fire-resistance classes (Type 30/60/90). Which standard you are held to determines the choice, so check your internal safety rules or permit requirements first.

Lithium battery storage is an area where requirements are tightening fast. A general flammable cabinet does not cover it; a dedicated cabinet designed around thermal runaway is required.

Is an exhaust connection required?

It depends on the location and contents. Highly volatile materials need either ducted exhaust or a recirculating filtered unit. Where ductwork is impractical, a filtered exhaust module is the usual answer.

Self-closing or manual doors?

Many safety codes require doors that close automatically in a fire. Where frequent access is needed, hold-open doors that release and close on fire detection are the practical choice.

Do you support delivery and installation?
